My work seeks to give form to emotion - translating the intangible into visual experiences that invites viewers to not only see, but to feel. Through my photography, I aim to break through the noise and reach people on a deeply human level, forging connections grounded in shared, lived experience that unify and connect us to one another.

What People Are Saying

“I feel very fortunate to have had an artist like Anna part of my project. It was a pleasure working with her on the vision of the shoot. She understood that the vibe of this very intimate record needed to be conveyed through the photos and she did an excellent job. She is very creative and, of course, has a great eye. Her photos made the final album and single covers. Couldn’t be happier.”

— Ari Herstand, Songwriter and CEO of Ari's Take

“Anna listens to the music, focuses on the emotions, and interviews musicians about the stories that inspired it all. By the time we were through our interview, I knew she was emotionally connected and I couldn’t wait for our session. Our amazing photos that resulted reflect her skill and empathic approach - Anna is a wonderful photographic artist.”

— Ryan Gibeau, Musician and Founder of Rock*It Films

“You go through life often feeling like nobody, and I felt like somebody for a good few hrs. Thank you. ...that’s what you invite - as I’m sure you’ve been told before. You invite openness. You have such a gift for making people like myself feel welcome.”
